It’s heartbreaking that a girl’s confidence peaks at just 8 years old, often declining as she internalizes messages that boys are smarter or more capable. This decline happens at a crucial time—when she begins defining herself in the world.

The pre-teen and teen years are critical for self-discovery and personal growth. Young people shape their identity, build confidence, and navigate relationships and responsibilities during this time. Yet, they often face societal pressures, self-doubt, and a rapidly changing world that can feel overwhelming.

This is where NEXTGEN EMPOWERED makes a difference. Through guided exploration and practical tools, I empower pre-teens and teens to:
